During prep I usually always wear a jumper when I train, this is because I was accused of being anorexic by so many people last prep. (I eat 6 meals a day FFS 🙄) It is also because I sweat more when I wear layers. Today marks 5wks since I've trained at Revs gym. It makes me sad that I haven't been able to get down there to train 😞 but when I get my car back next week I will start training one day a week at Revs again. Only 5 days till I get BB (my car) back!!!
