Had such a good day yesterday. Killer butt workout, grabbed coffee with a friend who's in town for a week and then had (a lot of) drinks with some of my girls at night. I am SO SORE from yesterday's workout, pain is all I feel waist down. Gonna be stretching these muscles out all day! Crepes for breakfast today! Can't wait to dive headfirst into these babies. How do you guys deal with sore muscles anyway?
