Last day, we made our way through mountain passes and African Savannah into a tiny mountain village called Hogsback. We have been freezing to death ever since we arrived here, something we were a tad bit unprepared for. . . But when we stepped out at night with the temperature around 8 degrees, the sky looked like this. The entire Milky way was clearly visible. Even during our stargazing trips to Wadi Rum in Jordan and Khuri in India, we haven't been able to spot the Milky Way as clearly as we were able to yesterday. Our planet is truly beautiful. Sometimes, it takes a journey half way across the planet to realise that.
