Carb cycling is an excellent way to lose body fat and get lean in my opinion. It consists of low carb days, moderate carb days, and high carb days. The point is to take advantage of the fat burning effects of a low carb diet and then use high carb days to replenish glycogen as well as prevent catabolism. How many low and high carb days will vary from person to person. I've found it to be highly effective and efficient for fat loss!
